1. Who we are
BDSMforyou and Pro Domme Academy are trade names of Insert Internetuitgeverij, a sole proprietorship registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 27190568. VAT number NL001713667B70. Contact: mrsmoriah@bdsmforyou.nl, phone +31 6 13268573 (messages only).
In these terms, BDSMforyou and Insert Internetuitgeverij are referred to as "we" or "us". These terms apply to your BDSMforyou account and to the online trainings and apps you use with it, such as the trainings What is BDSM?, Sissy training, The Art of Conditioning in BDSM, the programme Pro Domme Academy and the knowledge app BDSM Lexicon, and to placing and responding to personal ads on BDSMforyou.nl. You order and pay for purchases in our webshop bdsmforyou.shop; the terms of the webshop also apply to those.
2. What we offer
Our online trainings are educational. A training consists of lessons, knowledge checks, reflection questions, a final exam with a certificate, and the option to ask Mrs Moriah up to three questions about the training.
The BDSM Lexicon is a knowledge app about BDSM for adults, with an encyclopedia, reports and articles, and a Reading and listening corner with e-books and music by Mistress Moriah. The content is educational and informative.
The Pro Domme Academy is a programme to become a Pro Domme, with daily lessons, assignments with feedback, knowledge questions, a reference library and an exam with a certificate; the complete programme also includes practical workshops, personal Zoom sessions and a diploma; see article 13.
We do not offer sexual services, and our trainings and apps are not a platform for contact between participants. A training or app is not a substitute for medical, psychological or therapeutic advice or other professional help.
3. Age
Our trainings and apps are intended exclusively for people aged 18 and over. When you log in for the first time, you declare that you are 18 or older. Giving an incorrect declaration is not allowed. If it turns out that you are younger, we will delete your account.
4. Account and logging in
You log in with your email address and a code that you receive by email; no password is needed. One account opens all your BDSMforyou trainings and apps. You can be logged in on up to 5 devices at the same time. Your account is personal: you may not share it with others. Let us know if you think someone else has access to your account.
How we process personal data is described in our privacy statement. It forms part of the use of your account.
5. Purchase and access
You buy a training in our webshop and pay using the payment methods offered there. The current price is shown in the webshop and includes VAT. A training is a one-time purchase: no subscription, no renewal. For the BDSM Lexicon you take out a subscription; see article 12. You also buy the app and the complete programme of the Pro Domme Academy in the webshop; you pay for separate practical workshops and Zoom sessions by invoice (see article 13).
After payment, the email address of your order automatically gets access and you receive an email with a login link. So log in with the same email address you used for your order.
You keep access to the training you bought for as long as we offer that training. We intend to offer our trainings for a long time and, where possible, will announce well in advance if we stop offering a training. We cannot give a guarantee forever, for example if BDSMforyou ceases to exist. So download your certificate and keep it yourself.
We may also give free access, for example to workshop participants. Such access may have an end date.
6. Right of withdrawal
An online training is digital content that is available to you immediately after payment. This article does not apply to a subscription to the BDSM Lexicon (see article 12); for the Pro Domme Academy, see also article 13. When checking out in the webshop, you therefore expressly request immediate access and declare that you know you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. We confirm this in the order confirmation. After that, you can no longer withdraw from the purchase.
If you did not give that declaration when checking out, you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of ordering without giving a reason. Let us know clearly within that period, by email to mrsmoriah@bdsmforyou.nl or using the model form in the appendix. We will then end your access and refund the full amount within 14 days using the same payment method.
Your other statutory consumer rights, such as your rights if the training does not work properly, always remain.
7. Final exam and certificate
After completing all required modules you can take the final exam. The number of questions and the score required to pass are shown with the exam. You may retake the exam as often as you like.
If you pass, you receive a personal certificate in the name you choose beforehand (your full name, your first name or a pseudonym). The certificate shows the date and score of your first passing attempt, a unique number and a verification code. You can download it again at any time as long as your account exists.
The certificate shows that you have successfully completed this training. It is not a diploma, professional qualification or accredited course. If it turns out that a certificate was obtained dishonestly, for example because someone else took the exam for you, we may revoke it.
8. Ask Mrs Moriah for help
With the training you can ask Mrs Moriah up to three questions, via the button "Ask Mrs Moriah for help" in the training. The questions concern the content of the training. We aim to answer within 36 hours; the answer appears in the training and you receive an email as soon as it is there.
This is not personal coaching, therapy, or medical or legal advice, and it is not intended for emergencies. If you are in need, call your local emergency number (112 in Europe) or your doctor. We may decline a question that is not about the training or is inappropriate; a declined question also counts towards the three.
9. Reflection questions
Your answers to the reflection questions stay only on your own device, in your browser's storage. We cannot see them. If you clear your browser data or use another device, they will not be there.
10. Use of the trainings and apps
You use the trainings and apps for yourself only, not for commercial purposes. It is not allowed to:
copy, distribute or publish the content, except as permitted by law (for example a short quotation with a reference to the source);
read out or copy the trainings or apps automatically (scraping);
share or sell your account;
circumvent or attempt to circumvent the security.
The lessons and the e-books contain a personal watermark with your email address.
11. Personal ads
With your BDSMforyou account you can place a personal ad on BDSMforyou.nl and respond to other people’s personal ads. You only place a personal ad for yourself and only if you are 18 or older.
You buy a personal ad in our webshop. After payment, one personal ad is ready in your account. A personal ad stays online for 3 months from the moment it is approved; after that we delete it, together with the photos. You can delete your personal ad yourself earlier; the amount paid is then not refunded.
The rules on the page Place a personal ad (in Dutch) apply to personal ads. They form part of these terms.
We review every personal ad before it goes online. If it does not comply with the rules, we let you know by email why, and you may adjust it once free of charge. If it is then rejected again, or in case of a serious violation (rule 2, 7 or 8), we do not place it and the amount paid is forfeited. You expressly agree to this when checking out.
We may remove a personal ad that is already online if it turns out to violate the rules, for example after a report. The amount paid is then not refunded.
We forward responses to a personal ad to the advertiser’s email address. We never show anyone’s email address. We do not read responses and do not store them.
You are responsible for the content of your personal ad and for the contact that results from it. We are not liable for other people’s personal ads, for responses or for what happens between users.
Right of withdrawal: if you have not yet submitted your personal ad, you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days and get your money back. If you have submitted your personal ad, you have expressly requested that we start the review immediately, and the right of withdrawal lapses.
12. The BDSM Lexicon
Without a subscription you can read the titles and short definitions of the encyclopedia in the BDSM Lexicon. With a subscription you can read the full encyclopedia and all reports and articles, and use the Reading and listening corner.
You buy a subscription in our webshop. There are two forms: an annual subscription (365 days of access) and a monthly subscription (access for one calendar month). The current prices are shown in the webshop and include VAT.
A subscription is not renewed automatically: at the end of the period your access simply stops. You renew by buying a subscription again. The new period starts at the end of your current period, so you do not lose any days.
If you have an annual subscription, towards its end you receive a personal discount code for the next year by email and in My BDSMforyou (currently 25% for the first renewal and 50% after that). The code is for you only, can be used once for an annual subscription on the same email address, and is valid until the date stated in the email. It cannot be exchanged for money. We may change the discount for future years; a code you have already received remains valid.
The e-books and music in the Reading and listening corner are included for as long as your subscription runs. You do not buy them: you receive a personal right of use within the Lexicon. You read and listen only in the Lexicon; downloading, copying or forwarding is not allowed. You can save e-books offline on your device; such a copy is encrypted and expires after no more than 30 days without internet, or earlier if your subscription ends. Which e-books and music are included may change, and not every e-book is available in every language.
Right of withdrawal: as a consumer you can withdraw from a subscription within 14 days of ordering without giving a reason, by email to mrsmoriah@bdsmforyou.nl or using the model form in the appendix. We will then end your access and refund the full amount within 14 days using the same payment method, even if you have already used the Lexicon during that period.
If a material change to these terms or to the Lexicon is to your disadvantage, you can end a running subscription free of charge and receive a refund for the remaining period.
13. The Pro Domme Academy
The programme. The Pro Domme Academy is a professional training programme to become a Pro Domme. You choose between two forms:
the app: the online year training in the Academy app (264 lessons, assignments with personal feedback, knowledge questions, a reference library, a practice exam and the exam), completed with a certificate;
the complete programme: the app, four practical workshops in Flevoland (the Netherlands), two personal 60-minute Zoom sessions with Mistress Moriah, and the exam with a diploma.
You can also book practical workshops and personal Zoom sessions separately. Online masterclasses will follow in due course; we will let you know when they are available.
Ordering and payment. You order and pay for the app and the complete programme in our webshop (see article 5). You book a separate practical workshop or Zoom session via prodomme.nl. You then receive an invoice by email, which you pay within 30 days via the payment link in the email (iDEAL, credit card and other methods through our payment provider Mollie) or by bank transfer. The current prices are shown on prodomme.nl and include VAT.
Access. Immediately after your payment in the webshop you automatically get access to the Academy app and an email to log in. You pay once and keep permanent access to the app.
Scheduling. If you choose the complete programme, we will contact you after your order to schedule the practical workshops and the Zoom sessions. A separate workshop or Zoom session is scheduled by arrangement. If you cannot attend an agreed Zoom session, let us know at least 24 hours in advance; we will then schedule a new appointment. The Zoom sessions are in Dutch.
Late payment. If an invoice has not been paid by its due date, we send you a reminder with a term of 14 days. If you still do not pay after that, we may claim the outstanding amount plus the statutory collection costs.
Practical workshops. The four practical workshops (whips, medical play, CBT and humiliation) take place in Flevoland (the Netherlands). You will hear the dates via the app and by email. If you cannot attend a workshop, you can make it up on a later date by arrangement, as long as we offer one. At a workshop, the agreements and house rules that we share with you in advance apply, including the use of a safeword; taking part in an exercise is always voluntary. Do not attend under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If we cannot hold a workshop due to illness or force majeure, we will schedule a new date.
Zoom sessions, recordings and the Lounge. The personal Zoom sessions take place online via Zoom; we send you the link. We may record a session so that you can watch it again; at the start we say that the recording is running, and only you can see the recording. You may not download, record yourself, share or distribute recordings. We delete recordings 13 months after the session. In the Lounge you talk with other participants and Mistress Moriah. Keep to the house rules there: no names or identifying details of subs or clients, what is shared in the Lounge stays there, and no advertising or recruiting. Anyone who breaks the house rules can be removed from the Lounge (temporarily). What participants share about themselves in a workshop or in the Lounge stays within the group.
Exam, certificate and diploma. At the end of the year you take the exam in the app; you pass with 75% correct, with resits. If you pass the exam, you receive the certificate of the Pro Domme Academy. You only receive the diploma of the Pro Domme Academy if you have passed the exam and attended all four practical workshops. The certificate and the diploma are issued by the Pro Domme Academy; they are not government-recognised qualifications.
Right of withdrawal. As a consumer, you may withdraw from an order within 14 days without giving a reason.
For the app, when checking out in the webshop you expressly request immediate access and declare that you know you thereby lose your right of withdrawal for the app (digital content) (see article 6).
With the complete programme you keep your right of withdrawal for the practical workshops and the Zoom sessions. If you withdraw within 14 days of your order, we refund the difference between the price of the complete programme and the price of the app, minus a proportionate amount for what has already been provided at that point.
The same applies to a separate workshop or Zoom session: if you withdraw within 14 days of your booking, we refund what has not yet been provided.
You withdraw by email to info@prodomme.nl or with the model form in the appendix. We refund within 14 days, using the same payment method.
Lessons. From Monday to Friday you get a lesson, on Saturday tips & tricks and the weekly assignment; Sunday is a rest day. A lesson only moves on when you open the app, so you never miss anything.
Assignments and feedback. The lessons come with assignments. With your consent you receive feedback from Digital Mistress Moriah. That is an AI, not a person. The feedback is meant to help you grow; it is not an assessment and not professional advice (not medical, legal, tax or psychological). The AI can make mistakes: if in doubt, what the lessons say applies, and you can always put it to Mistress Moriah. Mistress Moriah reads along and can add something.
Credits. In the webshop you buy credits for the shop in the Academy (such as e-books, music and coaching). Credits can only be used in the Academy, cannot be transferred and cannot be exchanged for money. Because you receive credits immediately, the right of withdrawal lapses once you expressly agree to this at checkout. If an order is reversed, the credits you have not yet used lapse.
Safety. The Academy teaches you to work safely and responsibly, but you are responsible yourself for what you do in practice. High-risk techniques are described in full in the reference library, including the risks; only practise them under expert guidance, for example at a practical workshop.
14. Your safety
BDSM can involve physical and psychological risks. The information in the trainings and apps, including the safety information in the Lexicon, is general and educational and is no substitute for your own risk assessment, good agreements with your partner(s) or professional advice. You are responsible for what you do with the information. If you have doubts about your health or safety, consult a doctor or another expert.
15. Intellectual property
All texts, questions, e-books, music and other content of the trainings and apps belong to Mistress Moriah and Insert Internetuitgeverij (and any licensors) and are protected by copyright. You only receive a personal, limited and non-transferable right of use for as long as you have access.
16. Blocking and termination
We may block or delete an account in case of misuse, breach of these terms or an incorrect age declaration. For less serious breaches we will warn you first. If an account is rightfully blocked because of misuse, you are not entitled to a refund, to the extent permitted by law.
You can delete your account yourself at any time under "My BDSMforyou". This happens immediately and is final: your access, progress, exam results, certificates, help questions, favourites and reading positions disappear in all trainings and apps. A purchase or running subscription is not refunded, except within the cooling-off period of a subscription (article 12).
17. Availability and liability
We do our best to offer the trainings carefully, securely and reliably and to keep the content accurate. Temporary interruptions due to maintenance, updates or faults may occur, and despite all care, information may be incomplete or inaccurate.
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law, and in any case to the amount you paid for the training concerned or, for a subscription, in the last twelve months. This limitation does not apply in case of intent or gross negligence and does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
18. Changes
We may change these terms if there is a reasonable cause, for example a change in the law or in how the trainings and apps work. We will announce material changes in advance by email, in the training or in the app.
19. Applicable law and complaints
These terms are governed by Dutch law. This does not affect mandatory consumer protection under the law of the country where you live.
If you have a complaint, email mrsmoriah@bdsmforyou.nl. We will respond as soon as possible and substantively within 14 days at the latest. If we cannot resolve it together, you can turn to the competent court.
Appendix: model withdrawal form
